Lance Armstrongs at work

Friday the 18th of April, 2014 saw a strange visitor into our office - a bicycle. While around the world, this may be common, a bike inside an office in Chennai is a pretty uncommon sight. Word trickled in that Harish had decided to take to cycling as his latest fitness mantra (*yawn) and he had just bought this.

15 minutes in and guys started betting who’d do be able to go around the dev team’s workspace without putting their feet down. What started off as an innocuous challenge ended up being a full blown, two-teamed contest that had team A win with 6 out of their 9 members go around without putting their foot down!

The competitive spirit extended to the same teams partaking in a timed run-about relay. Each team member had to sprint to a corner, jump into a bean-bag, climb out of it and run back to the start point through a narrow passage. The results were nothing short of howlarious with Team A again trumping Team B in a tie breaker after both teams finished literally dead even.

While all this raged, Ritika refused to budge from her position in front of the couch while Chennai Super Kings battled the Kings XI Punjab in their opening match of the Pepsi IPL-7.
