On 13th June, Influx interactive kick started its first edition of ‘Frankly Speaking Fridays’. What started out as just an idea on a casual friday discussion, materialized into a highly educative and interactive weekly property.

Mr. Gururaja Kumar, Chief Financial Planner of Billford Financial Consultancy services inaugurated the first session of FSF and did nothing short of compelling the Influx team to start investing as soon as possible. Once Mr. Gururaja started talking about the various facets of investing and financial planning, the session planned for 45 minutes extended for more than 120 minutes.

No one in the office wanted to let go of this opportunity, as Mr. Gururaja was bombarded with questions from all sides regarding personal investment issues. There was something to take home for everyone present during the session. Youngsters in Influx Interactive now have a better idea on where to start pertaining to investing and experienced players got the chance to widened their existing knowledge about financial planning.

“Mr. Gururaja, during the session managed to clear some grey areas, primarily the differences between shares and mutual funds. The points he stated that emphasized on the benefits of mutual funds really opened avenues for the youngster who are under the notion that trading in the stock market is the best way to start”, says our very own seasoned investor Nagarajan Manimaran.

Stay tuned to check out who will lighten up the walls of Influx Interactive on the second edition of ‘Frankly Speaking Fridays’.
